02What this website collects

This is a static website. It does not operate a database, a customer account system or a contact form.

The only information collected through the website is the information you choose to send us by email, or the information contained in an email prepared by the contact page in your own email application. That typically includes your name, company name, work email address, country, product interest, size or model, quantity and any requirements you describe.

The website itself does not set advertising cookies and does not run a visitor analytics tool. If hosting or CDN logs are kept by the hosting provider, they may include standard technical data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp and browser user agent, and are used for security and availability.

03How the information is used

Information you send is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm product specifications and continue the commercial conversation you started. It is not sold.

If you ask for documentation, the details are used to identify the correct document for the model concerned.

04Email contact

The contact page does not contain a form. Its email buttons prepare a message in your default email application on your own device. Nothing is transmitted to KOWRKRS until you send that message yourself.

Email is transmitted through your email provider and ours. Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, and for record-keeping where required.

05Third-party services

The website loads its own styles, scripts and images from the same domain. It does not embed social media widgets, advertising networks or external video players.

If a third-party service is added later, for example a form-handling service or analytics tool, this policy will be updated before that service is used.

06Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or contractual reason to keep it. Write to info@kowrkrs.com with the request.

If you are contacting us from a region with specific data protection rules, state that in your message so the request can be handled under the applicable framework.

07Changes to this policy

This policy is version 1.0 and takes effect on 26 October 2026. Material changes will be published on this page with a new version number and effective date.
